  5. When the bubbles are visible your mash is ready to be distilled. Do not leave it for a longer time otherwise, it will convert into a Peach vinegar.
  6. Now heat your mash in the still. We have mentioned above, the still should be a big copper kettle that can be easily heated and does not make any chemical reactions with the mash. You must heat the kettle with the fermented peach until its boiling point so that the alcohol evaporates.
  7. When you heat, the alcohol boils off before the water because it has less boiling point than water and it is trapped by the condensation pipe attached to your still.
  8. The condensed and collected alcohol in the bucket is very top quality peach Moonshine.
  9. This Moonshine can also be redistilled for surety.
