    💡 Two Cauliflower Timing Tips

    Match the largest stems. Floret tops look done early, but the stem is the timer. Cut big stems in half so one oversized piece does not keep the whole batch in the pan.
    Dry before browning. Roasted and air-fried cauliflower needs surface dryness. If the florets are wet or frozen, the first minutes are steam time before true browning begins.
