How to make Frozen Potstickers in Instant Pot?

The first thing that you need an instant pot. It can be any electric pressure cooker that has low pressure and steam setting. For properly cooking your Potstickers, you need a stainless steel bowl. Now you need to put two cups of fresh water into the instant pot before turning it on. Now place the potstickers in the steel dish.
After this, drizzle a little bit of water over the potstickers and mix them all to moisten them. Now put a steel rack in the instant pot to avoid water entering your steel bowl. Then place the container on the rack in the instant pot.
Put on the lid correctly and steam the potstickers on low pressure for around five minutes. The best thing about making your frozen potstickers in the instant pot is that it consumes less energy and water and cook your dish well in less time. Make sure that all the heat and steam stays inside the instant pot.
As the pot beeps after 5 minutes, turn it off but do not remove the lid. Keep it under pressure for five more minutes to make your potstickers more delicious and well cooked. Now, after five minutes, open the valve to release the steam from the instant pot. Wait for the metal pin to drop and then remove the lid from the top.
After completing this process, remove the steamed potstickers safely from the pot. There must be some water in the bowl. You can drain it if you desire, you can shift your potstickers to another dish or eat them straight away.
Your potstickers are now ready to be served. You can serve them with chili sauce and vinegar or whatever you want. They can be a tasty appetizer, or you can even have them as your evening snacks.
