While cooking pasta in a pressure cooker, you need to keep in mind the cooker’s extra pressure. So, you need to reduce water in the cooker as compared to the ordinary pots. When the water starts to boil, put some olive oil ( or any available oil ) into the water. Pasta contains starch, and no matter how perfect your water quantity is, if you will not put oil, the pasta will stick together while cooking.

After this, cook your pasta for 12 minutes and keep a check; the water doesn’t dry completely. With everything is done correctly, you will get your paste cooked perfectly in a pressure cooker.
