  • 1 cup of Warm Water
  • 1 teaspoon of Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Yeast
  • 4 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 cups of All Purpose Flour

  • 1 tablespoon of Tikka Powder
  • 250 grams of Boneless Chicken

  1. Start Making the Dough: Get a small bowl and add 1 cup of warm water to it. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and yeast each to the water. Mix these ingredients well until you notice that they’ve pretty much dissolved together.

  2. Add Other Ingredients for Dough: Once the mixture in the last step is done, get a larger bowl and put that mixture inside of it. Now get 1 teaspoon of oil. Also get ¼ teaspoons of salt along with 2 cups of all purpose flour. Dump all of these in the water and ix them gently so that the dough can form, as well as thicken to just the right texture.

  3. Knead The Dough: You’ll need to use your hands for this step, so prepared to get a little messy. Wrap your hands around the dough and start shaping it into a ball. During this process, make sure to lightly coat the dough with a bit of oil. Once the oil is ready, add the marinated chicken and let it cook for 4-5 minutes (or however long it takes for the chicken to noticeably change a bit in color). Make sure that you stir the chicken regularly during this time, so that it cooks equally on all its sides.

  6. Pre-Heat Oven: While you’re busy with other steps, right now is a pretty good time to turn the oven on and let it pre-heat. That way it can be all ready for you to put the pizza inside after you’re done with the other steps, instead of having to wait a while for no reason.   7. Shape The Dough: Get the ball of dough you set aside earlier and split it in half. Spread some flour across a surface and put one half of the dough ball on it. Roll this half out into a round crust. Now grease up a baking sheet or pizza tray with oil (or cooking spray if you have that) and place the dough on that. Lastly, get a fork and start stabbing the dough all across its surface. This is to release any air pockets that might’ve formed while it was stored away.

You can sprinkle as much as you like depending on how cheesy you want the pizza to be, but make sure you don’t overdo it. After the cheese, add the cooked chicken, chopped vegetables like capsicum and onions, as well as spices like chilli flakes and oregano for flavor.
