To set your clock or timer, press and hold the Timer/Clock button till it begins flashing. Don’t give it a little tap. Hold it down. It will know when you’re ready to change something because the numbers begins to flash.
When the screen starts blinking, your ready to make adjustments. To enter the hour, use the up or down arrow buttons. It’s quick because the numbers move with every press of those buttons you don’t have to repeatedly press them. Simply continue pressing the up or down arrow until you see the desired hour appear.
What to do if power is lost
In most cases, the display will automaticly scroll over to the minute area after you’ve entered an hour. To adjust the minutes, simply continue pressing the up/down buttons. Note that the microwave display the time using a 12-hour format.
Once you have the hour and minute entered correctly, press the Set/Start button to save the settings. Your adjustment will be locked into place. Blinking stop and you’ll see the static time displayed, indicating it has been successfuly stored.
If the microwave ever loses power, the clock revert back to 00:00. Follow the instructions written above to reset it. It’s a bit of a hassle, but the fix is instant. It shouldn’t of take longer than a minute and it isn’t particularly difficult. Just hold the button, adjust as necessary and hit start.
