1. Clean the switch
The first thing that you will need to try out is cleaning the switch. The switch might have some moisture stuck in it that could be causing you to face this problem, and it will not allow you to turn the lights off. The moisture in your switch can act as a conductor and the current will keep flowing if you have some moisture on the switch.
So, clean the switch properly with a dry wipe, and if you can get your hands on some blower, try blowing the air near your switch. It should be clearing out if there is any problem due to the moisture and you will be able to turn those range hood lights off.
2. Check Wiring
