I’m not sure where you got the idea there there was just one… There are MANY, and not all are wheat-based: 21 Whole Grains and Seeds; Good Seed; White Bread Done Right; Power Seed; 100% Whole Wheat; Righteous Rye; Sprouted Whole Grain; Raisin the Roof; plus 4 kinds of bagels, 2 kinds of English muffins, and 2 kinds of burger buns. This extensive line of bread also calls into question several of your assertions in the numbered wrap-up list at the end of the article–it just depends on which Dave’s bread you choose.
