MINUTE WALNUT FUDGE DROPS 1 (14 oz.) can
sweetened condensed milk 2 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet
chocolate chips 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 teaspoon
vanilla (optional) 2 cup water Combine
milk and chocolate chips in a metal (stainless steel
preferred) bowl that will fit loosely in pressure
cooker. Cover bowl with aluminum foil. Place water,
cooking rack and bowl in pressure cooker. Close
cover securely. Cook 5 minutes. Cool pressure at
once using the cold water release. Remove bowl.
Fold in nuts and vanilla and gentlymix until
smooth and evenly blended. Do not beat. Drop
by teaspoons onto waxed paper.Cool before
serving.
