There aren't that many cookbooks that specialize in recipes for pressure cookers, although more are becoming available. I love to find good cookbooks and I've found the best deals and biggest selection just by browsing around the Internet. The biggest complain I have is that the descriptions of the books are not always the best indication of what's really inside.
